Pickup is available from our warehouse in Mullumbimby Industrial estate by appointment only.
Standard Shipping within Australia
- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placement from Byron Bay, Australia
- Flat rate shipping cost of $12 (unless it is a bulky item).
- In most cases orders will be received within 5-10 business days of shipping. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Express Shipping within Australia
- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placement from Byron Bay, Australia. If you would like same day express shipping, please order online before 11am and contact us by email.
- Flat rate shipping cost of $16 (unless it is a bulky item).
- Some areas within Australia are not classified as express zones and may take up to 5 days to reach your destination
International Shipping
- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placement
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Air Mail and include tracking
- Flat rate shipping cost of $38.
- Generally orders will be received within 8-15 working days, although certain destinations can take longer
- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placement from Byron Bay, Australia
- Shipping is calculated on zones within Australia and the weight of the item/s
- Shipping is calculated accordingly to Australia International Post rates.
- In most cases orders will be received within 5-10 business days of shipping. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you will love your purchase experience!
However if for any reason your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
All merchandise is thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement or refund. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order. This is very important.
We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item. No refunds are offered after 7 days but instead a store credit.
We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order however, we are able to offer a store credit.
Please note that exchanges or refunds will only be given if the item is;
- unused with all labels intact - in its original packaging
- a copy of your original receipt is enclosed
- returned within 7 days of receipt date
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
Misplaced orders:
All orders sent have a tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive in reasonable time, please contact us and we will track it for you.
